You Have voice Glitch you can fix it by Going to M-Settings and make sure that "Hear players before" is set to 1". Olso The other Robbers was telling you to do comply but you still dont waiting for the other guy . Id 57124 since there is no gang clothes on you will be punished and if you have prof that is a visual glitch you can appeal it by making admin complaint !
ID 56275 will receive a punishment for GH 1.7

ID 57124 will receive a punishment for Fear-rp
