Hey Rival,

You asked for free passage, and we complied until you started getting into cars. Spikes weren't placed until the hostage was released and safe, as you can see in your POV. Once the hostage is safe, state organizations are authorized to shoot, regardless of the free passage agreement.

Regarding the spike, it was placed after you released the hostage and began moving. Your POV should confirm this.

That is the point that you haven’t complied with the Demands Properly. We clearly mentioned Free Passage for 10 Seconds without barriers and spikes. You haven’t complied.

Spikes were placed after the hostage was safe. Once the hostage's life is out of danger, leos have no reason to fear for.
However
ID 21902 will receive a punishment for UB Driving ( Driving vehicle with flat tyres )
