Rejected i want to complain about lspd corrupt officer

first of all he used to decrease my fam car rank so i cound not be able to use my fam cars and i was near lspd and he was doing power gaming so he come to the lspd and he catch me without any reasen and take me to the doc and i told him to provide the attorny but he didnot provide and he dont know the lspd ules also and without any reaseon he arrest me and put 40k fine and 3 star wanted list please take the leagal action about him and i dont have the pov please requues the curropt office to provide the pov to the admin and see the pov
