Its main goals are to promote traditional values, support law and order, encourage economic growth through lower taxes and reduced regulations, and ensure a business-friendly environment. The party focuses on enhancing community safety and infrastructure, aiming to create a structured and stable society for all citizens.​

Candidate Description:

I, Hammad Abarca a dedicated resident of Los Santos City for the past 13 years. Throughout his time in the city, Hammad has worked closely with various government officials and agencies, holding numerous high-ranking positions. His extensive experience in public service and deep understanding of the city’s needs make him an exceptional candidate for governor. Hammad is committed to bringing conservative values, effective governance, and a strong sense of community to Los Santos. His proven leadership and dedication to public service position him as the ideal choice to lead and improve the city.

The Republican Party aims conservative values, law and order, and economic growth. As a party leader, I must say that my party support traditional values, advocate for lower taxes and reduced regulations, and prioritize public safety. We aim to help new citizens understand city rules through proper education and are committed to lifting lower-class citizens out of poverty with job training and affordable housing initiatives. Our goal is to create a prosperous, safe, and vibrant community for all.

Party Purpose:

To lead with integrity, enact policies that benefit all citizens, foster economic growth, improve public services, and create a safe, prosperous, and inclusive community for everyone.

Campaign Promises

Public Safety and Law Enforcement:

• Strengthen cooperation among the organisations like FIB, SAHP, LSPD, and NG for more effective crime prevention and response.

• Invest in updated technology and training for law enforcement agencies to enhance their capabilities and can show their performance.

. Department of Justice (DOJ) Reform:

• Implement measures to streamline DOJ processes and ensure swift and fair justice for all.

• Enhance transparency and accountability within the DOJ to build public trust.

. United States Secret Service (USSS) Collaboration:

• Work closely with the USSS to bolster security measures and protect key government officials and infrastructure.

. Department of Corrections (DOC) Rehabilitation Programs:

• Expand rehabilitation programs within DOC to reduce recidivism rates and promote successful reintegration into society.

• Improve conditions within correctional facilities to prioritize rehabilitation and ensure humane treatment.

. New Citizen Policy and Education:

• Implement a comprehensive orientation program for new citizens to educate them about city rules, regulations, and civic responsibilities.

• Provide resources and support to help new citizens integrate into society, find employment, and contribute positively to the community.

. Economic Growth and Opportunities:

• Foster a business-friendly environment by reducing bureaucratic hurdles and offering incentives for entrepreneurship and job creation.

• Partner with educational institutions and businesses to provide skill development programs and job training opportunities for all citizens, including new arrivals.

. Infrastructure and Community Development:

• Invest in infrastructure projects to improve transportation, utilities, and public facilities for the benefit of all residents.

• Support community development initiatives to create safe, clean, and vibrant neighborhoods that enhance quality of life.

By this implementing these policies and initiatives, my administration aims to create a safer, more liveable, and inclusive city where every citizen has the opportunity to enjoy and succeed.

Additional Ideas:

After become a governor, I will make sure to prioritize community policing initiatives to foster trust and cooperation between law enforcement agencies and neighborhoods, to ensure safer communities.
