Additional information
1. I am applying for the leader of Federal Investigation Bureau.
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1- I have been in FIB on and off during my tenure as a LEO. Serving under the likes of many talented directors such as David Barnes, Neron, Sbeecha Vlokov, Elrussi Flawless. My first HC experience in FIB was in Tommy Slater's term when I managed to climb upto Deputy Head of Department and proved my quality of work. Switching over to DOJ, I proved myself as a strong legal council and became District Court Judge. While GOV was down, I cross-trained in FIB as a 00 agent in Satriko Narcos's term and helped led many special missions. In the most recent FIB term, I was serving as the Chief of Staff under Director Tobi West and led many different special missions proving and engraving myself as a successful leader and strategist.
2- In the past terms, I have observed and realized some of the crucial mistakes in FIB and learning on how to led different missions with new and innovating strategies. Learning on how to lead missions, how to properly lead missions and how to have units listen to your command and actually have fun. I've learnt on how to handle certain situations that may be abit more sensitive or complex and observing on how to communicate with everyone and other LEO organizations. As I served in different FIB terms and realizing their weaknesses, observing the wide-spread toxicity and favoritism throughout LEO organizations and how it affects the quality of the agents and units.
3- Even apart from FIB, I have dedicated myself as a LEO in many different organizations. Serving as the DA for LSPD and SAHP multiple times and most recently, serving as the Lead District Attorney and head of IA under COP Lucas Soul. Serving as the Undersheriff in Lola's Swordthain first term and possessing HC ranks throughout the previous terms as well. Additionally, I've also been a past Governor as well as most notably, a DCJ in the Department of Justice. Learning the ropes of the city both legally and from the perspective of a LEO, understanding what is best for the organization and how to keep it safe both OOCly and ICLy.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- My main goal would be to re-allocate departments onto their respective areas of expertise. Departments have gone off-path from their original meanings and purposes. My goal would be to re-introduce their main purpose and form a difference between their area of expertise to properly define their purpose which would also help re-define on how we handle and run the organization.
- Introducing new and innovative ways of roleplay and interacting with citizens which has often been neglected by leaders in pursuit of other aims. My priority would be to maximize the amount of interaction and roleplay that occurs between LEOs and other people.
- Increasing my interactions and relations with other organizations would also assist me in that part. Hosting classified events together, major VIP escort events and tours with Government officials would allow us to further increase roleplay and enhance the immersive factor for all agents.
- Establishing FIB as the leading organization on criminal investigations and missions utilizing more of our UC department to help assist in this, informing them of safer ways of collecting evidences and to maximize their covers.
- Also effectively increasing our communication with the agents on the radio and even other orgs through department radio to help increase effectiveness in situations and special missions. Encouraging atleast 1 air unit to be in-operation during times of missions to help us gather more intel on the surroundings, much like IRL.
- Setting up unique checkpoints with agents and civilian search posts throughout the city led by our agents to help increase roleplay and interactions with the citizens. This would of course be abit more challenging, but if implemented correctly would open more doors to different types of missions allowing other organizations to experiment with this as well. Encouraging our special forces to choose new and different locations in ghetto patrols to help introduce something innovating rather than keep repeating the same old thing.
- FIB will continue its old department system consisting of UC, HR, SPEC OPS, SAU with IA remaining as a sub-division. Main difference would be to encourage and push for unique and different tasks for each department which is often times overseen, but if emphasized on enough, will lead to better and more immersive departments with their own set of well-defined tasks and purposes.
Overall my goal would be to establish an organization which interacts and acts as a leading force in their missions rather than gunning down for numbers or absolutely winning events all the time. Of course that would be part of our plans, but if we manage to increase the level of roleplay, it would automatically foster such an environment that will help us in the long-run for terms to follow.
