2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1- My preferred org has always been crime but I also have experience in many state orgs so i actually have enough experience for handling complex situation. I have held HC in every gang except VAGOS and now I think i am capable enough to apply for leadership. Even though VAGOS was never my one of preferred gangs, I am looking forward to take Vagos on top of the crime orgs under my term!
2.2- Even though I was never a HIGH COMMAND in Vagos, I think am still profoundly aware of the specific gangs's HQ and surrounding. I want to provide special focus towards the member and keep the RANKS, BONUSES, and Work nature perfect without any Complaints!
2.3- We will try to achieve the best term of VAGOS until now without any WARNIGNS and RULE BREAKS, Based on my experience I am pretty sure I will be able to keep the members close and away from toxicity.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1- In every gang I have been in the thing that is the most common is TOXICITY and under my term i promise to not let go of toxicity unnoticed and the offender will be punished.
3.2- Other can be proper RANKS , More than half of the org gang members are high commands in every gang I have been in rather it be ballas or Bloods. The leader have no idea about the new HC's and they keep on recruiting low experienced members in gang leading to org warns for the rule breaks, We promise to provide proper Term without any of these hurdles!
3.3- Proper Roleplay to the legal Organizations will be provided, ensuring members are involved in every decision making process.
3.4- Proper communication will be done before taking any action in (Store Robbery, Hostage Situation, Fort Zancudo Raid, battleship, etc. )
3.5- Different group of members will do their specific task, Spray team will aim for max Spray Profit, Turf team will aim entirely on turf!
