1. Leader of Los Santos Police Department
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
2.1 I am excited to apply for the leader position in the Los Santos Police Department (LSPD). I have been part of Grand RP for over a year and have gained experience in almost every organization, including LSPD, FIB, GOV, NG, and SAHP. I have also been the Deputy Chief of EMS, which taught me a lot about leadership.
2.2 I know that LSPD has had problems with respect and professional behavior. Many leaders have been arrested for misconduct, which hurts our reputation. As someone who has worked in internal affairs for SAHP, I understand how to handle these issues. I will bring in experienced heads of internal affairs to take action and fix these problems before the government has to step in.
2.3 My goal is to make LSPD a place where everyone feels like family. I will have daily meetings with my high command team to talk about our progress, address any issues, and make sure we are all working together. By promoting accountability, transparency, and respect, I want to regain the respect that LSPD deserves.
2.4 With my experience in different high command roles and my focus on ethical leadership, I believe I am well-suited to lead LSPD. I am eager to bring my skills and dedication to improve our department and serve our community.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
3.1 After arresting a 10-15 I need to investigate them for at least 10 minutes Because I have seen in a lot of RP servers they do investigation ( If it's possible )
3.2 Zero Tolerance for Favoritism: Establish a strict policy against favoritism within the organization. Ensure that promotions, rewards, and recognition are based
solely on merit, performance, and contributions to the team. Transparency and fairness in decision-making processes are essential for maintaining trust and morale among team members
3.3 Event Attendance: Make it a priority for LSPD members to attend all relevant events, Such as FZ raid aircraft carrier Submarine Hostage situations Bank protection

4 departments
4.1- Human Resources (HR): This department will have to have well experienced and patient units.They will answer the citizens calls for joining and train them carefully after join.They will aslo have to make open recruitment regularly to not let the org have ow number. This is the first key department for the LSPD as I mention above.
4.2: Internal Affairs (IA): This department is the second key department for fighting favoritism. I will make sure that no one not even the top HC will have the power against the Internal Affairs. Also giving randomly rank to any officer will be prohibited in my term. Internal Affairs will check all High Commands if they give rank randomly or not. And I by myself will check the Every units on IA if they o their job right or no.
4.3- Special Weapons and Tactics (S.W.A.T.): SWAT Team has to have plan for always and for the every expected or unexpected situations. I have very well experienced SWAT team in my term which has knowledge and have confidince of themselves. They will have 3 teams which Alpha, Charlie and Bravo. And every team must be well tranied and knows what to do in every situations. I will arrange training for them with NG in NG base about hostage situations and store robberies etc.
4.4- Traffic Enforcement : Every time, at least one tow truck will have to on the city to tow abandoned cars and the cars was parked illegal. Also they will be patrolling on the roads of city every time to keep safe it from criminal activities. In case of much activity, To show criminals that we always exist on our city. Also we will be arranging Checkpoint control. We will make sure people who come to city from highways will not have any intention to commit criminal activity. Our duty is also keep clean our border from these kind of activities.
4.5 - Public Relations (PR): This department have to host events and competitions for our citizens in the city to make them and themselves happy and fulled with fun. Also we will have good prizes for the winners. So people will have interesting about the events that we will arrange.
