Hello Mazhor,

I was permanently banned for disputing a transaction. I have spoken to you in November to prove that I canceled the refund to come back into the city. I have done so and here is my proof. Is there any way I can come back into the city by proving that I did in fact cancel the refund? I really enjoy this project and would like to be able to come back as soon as possible.
