This is a complaint in response to the rejection of my Leader Application for FIB EN1. Before I start off, I just want to clarify no personal hate or targetting against any specific administrator, just a complaint to understand where I lacked or where is the issue so that I could possibly work on it.
I applied for FIB leader and got rejected for "Not Fit for Leader, Due to your last Experience as a Leader of an org". This is referring to my December Government term which lasted about 5 days. The term was trusted to me by Alex Odds due to the previous disband. When I got the term, we were nearly at Christmas times and hence everyone was too busy either OOCly or busy collecting keys during the Christmas event.
Due to this, my term suffered extremely from low numbers and struggling to man Capital and DOC at their times. Even though occasionally, we had good roleplay it was just not enough to run the term and I realized that we had gotten the term at arguably, the worst time of the year to kick things off. This resulted in warnings being issued for inactivity or leaving the capital/doc unmanned. NO other issue was present in my term especially in terms of favoritism, ranks, communication skills even though it was my first time ever as a leader.
Understanding the extreme circumstances, me and my deputy decided to have a chat with our curator, Tyrell Johnson at the time and told him that we wanted to disband due to the extremely struggling time which isn't even allowing us to increase our activity despite running multiple recruitment drives throughout the day. The reasoning was fair and understandable, and our curators agreed. We disbanded and I confirmed, that I was NOT leader blacklisted.
I also told the curators that I wanted to go for other organizations and hence I started clearing my punishment history and also started gaining more experience in FIB to eventually go for leader. After over 3 terms of observing and being in FIB on and off, I finally put in my application with loads of people supporting it and it was rejected.
My complaint is that why was my application rejected based on my leader experience at possibly the worst time of the year and considering I disbanded on my own choice, and wasn't even leader blacklisted. I proved myself in FIB, leading different missions and showing others how to properly defend the organization. I've worked hard to build a team around me and cleared myself of recent punishments so that I can apply. I'd like a chance to apply and prove myself in an interview rather than being rejected off my past.
I also tried contacting Ruby Specter for more details on this and he has advised me to make a complaint. I hope I can find some more answers onto this and work on the things if I am lacking in any.
Here is the related evidence dockets with 2 images attached.
If any more evidence or questions are required, I'm willing to answer them.
