I want to bring to your attention. It is that NG, LSPD, and SAHP received a verbal warning for Multiple members did fail RP ( started shooting before making sure hostage is safe ).
after getting a verbal i check bodycam of those officers who attend that situation and Luckily i found a bodycam that shows 1 SAHP units start shooting because of that some of our officers got confused they also shoot. They stop as soon as they told to stop shooting. i agree that my officers also share the mistake. they should follow order from there HC not follow the other org.
We humbly request that you consider the punishment.
