Approved Powergaming, Mixing, Unrealistic demands, and Possible metagaming| 328618, 379630, 299939, 371639, & 327371

First Rulebreak Mixing happens at 0:52. ID | 328618 tells his family over the IC radio to "Join the discord" to which I assume All family members involved are using to communicate OOC about IC things.

Second Rulebreak Powergaming Happens at 1:00 ID | 379630 runs and crouches behind a car while holding me as hostage for around 16 seconds until his family members tell him to no longer sit.

Third RuleBreak Unrealistic Demands Happens at 2:01 ID | 328618 Tells me to use DEPARTMENT chat to tell them I am hostage, when I decline letting him know in non rp chat its illegal he still refuses and says that i should do it as not doing a department is not fearing for my life because he "Has the gun and it fires" he only complys when his Family Deupty steps in and lets him know that Yes it is illegal.

First, he does not mention a voice channel, so there is no proof of metagaming; however, because he says Discord represents mixing, you should be aware of the rules ofc.
Btw, if it's meta gaming to be in Discord, why are you there?

For the last one, he did not actually commit the crime of rule breaking, so there is no proof. It's like saying I was punched by someone without a hand. It's not possible. That is why families have HC; they know the rules and do not break them. In this case HC enter the conversation and fixed the member of his rule break.

As of power gaming i would agree he did break the rule and he would need to be punished for it

I was training my probie before we got taken if you look closely at the names it's the other hostage which is a trainee I am his trainer and we muted ourselves upon being taken hostage I was also there to make sure he didn't break any rules while being a hostage like fear rp. It is nothing against you however I do note caution when inviting people into the family that do not know server rules. All respects do go to the only HC of the family that was there as He was helpful. However it does not excuse the rulebreaks done poorly by your family members. We all just try and have fun and I appreciate that you did not take offense. and METAGAMING was never in question it was just a possibility as I put as like you said there is no solid proof. Unexperienced people just lead to less fun while being taken hostage or even being FAMILY VS LEO. Since I had a trainee with me all I was telling him to do was to follow their orders and make sure he doesn't take the fun away from you guys by him failing to RP.
