2. Why do u want to become the leader of organisation explain with 3 reason.
2.1 since i have been long in city and joined both legal and illegal organisation . i have spent 2 to 3 months in legal org and 4 to 5 months in illegal org. i start my leo journey with lspd as a patrol officer and gained high command experience in 12 to 13 days , then I joined sahp fib and ng and get high command there except in fib organisation. I have high command experience I know how to handle the organisation as a leader and I know in which it will run and about stuff what we have to do . As recently ng is active and I want remain continue this activity with my friends and organisation members..
2.2 I want to become the leader of ng because I want to do increase ng activities by attending all events , respond to all global for backup to help other leo organisation, doing gate keeping especially in night time , doing ghetto patrolling etc. if I get the leadership then I will call my friends and family member and by recuriting members in the organisation. My main goal in ng to attend each and every events with good numbers always , complete all weekly requirement without any difficult..
2.3 As a leader I will ensure that there will be no favouritism for rank of high command in the organisation. I will avoid this by taking proper interview and seeing their experience in legal organisation.
3. How u will improve roleplay in the organisation.
Making proper department in the organisation and give rank according to the experience of officer in the org.
Help newcomers in the org by providing all details and training.
Making a bonus system in the organisation to motivate officer .
I will ensure that all events will be attend with or without me
I will ensure there is no bias / Favouritism in the org and that everyone works for their respect.
Meetings with other organisation leaders on a regular basis will help you come up with new ideas and discover methods to make the National Guard better.
Do promotion ceremony in which officer will promote /demote in every week.
