For the Player 139 I don't see any shooting from your POV all I see is the Player ID 1393 shooting so...

Player ID 1393 will get a punishment for RDM / Literally you have no RP Reason to shoot at them when I left and you just gave 5 seconds to leave which means no legit Reason to kill brings you a punishment.​
