In the pov it clearly shows the guy shot me first without demands and killed me directly also it's before 00:00 where the chute comes but why did I get warn for same reason but he shot me three times and I shot him back?

I clearly did not do any rdm in the pov he shot me first before 00 and no demands given also it's an parachute perimeter he can't shoot before 00 if he wants to he needs to give demands
