2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
I would like to try get leader of this organisation to improve my own RP experience, and bring a better gang experience than currently available in the city.
I have lead gangs in other cities before and think that i have a great mature attitude when it comes to forms of leadership and stand out for my leadership qualities no matter where I am placed.
I think the city needs to have Marabunta be a force to be reckoned with to try and compete against the other key strong gangs not simply by numbers, but by taking true role players that show they are willing to role play and not just perform as a death squad, I understand this can be quite a challenging thing with others mass recruiting but I 100% am up for the challenge and hope to make Marubunta fun as a gang and with interactions with other gangs / legal orgs also.
I think with both my age and experience I am mature enough and strong enough as a leader to maintain balance and keep all issues at a minimum, I do not take any disrespect towards myself or others and my gang will also follow this.

3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in organization.
- Providing essential interviews of not only knowing the same repeatedly asked rules but requesting scenarios and having key understanding of the rules past the general googled terms.
- Keeping the gang productive and maintaining a serious role play experience from basic crime to in gang events where we train and improve.
- Team building activities such as convoy training, getaway driving and general fun little things to keep people interested .
- Making sure that all members meet my own standards of roleplay before hiring, I do not care for the best shooters I want a community thats very much a second family to me
- In my oppinion having gang to gang interactions not just shootouts and also having a positive interaction with legal orgs ( They can be of great use to gangs also )
