This guy fast came into the situation and ram us 2nd time intentionally with the car at 7:40 then again in DOC he asked for POV (mixing) and also moved his hand even in cuff and in the last time when we were processing him in sawmill he did CL.

ID 66662 will receive a punishment for CL
About other proofs,
That proof is not enough to conclude on he was doing CR and same thing for Mixing situation, since you were waiting for DOJ to appear he looks like was talking about those POVs for his case
