Hello admins, I'm sorry to bother you but I've been waiting for 3 days for my ban to be removed. I was unjustly banned and Floki admin said “will be unbanned” but I'm still banned. Can you give me an estimated time when I will be unbanned? I don't understand why I am being punished and kept waiting for something I didn't do. I would appreciate your help. I don't want to spam.
