Rejected Unbann Request Approved but still banned

Hello,
i did yesterday a Unbann Request wich is Approved but i am still banned

i was playing with a friend at my house. he is new and someone offered him to take him on his shoulder and he will get 10k for it. suddenly the guy starts flying. after that my friend got an ip ban.... i hope we can solve the issue because i have items in a rented flat.

Does Approved means it takes time until i get the unbann ?

i made my second deposit and cant use it. i will lose my items i bought with the first deposit its really not funny i had a gear tear 3.... i will lose it because my rented flat will end soon.... pls help me guys i payed a lot of money for that game
