he was warned because I know cars like those shouldn't be driving all crazy like that on dirty grounds, so he was warned that I would take him to Gov.
What does he decide to do instead? come back 2 more times and CR our helicopter. After the 2nd time I thought it was time for a forum honestly, some people think they know better. I didn't see rule for Vehicle ramming but I believe CR falls under all vehicles since he is in a car.
