Illegal tracer using he is not in our family. He is Hurmaci Family member and he using illegal tracer so illegal tracer redux is rule break 4.1

My family member using GTA Map and blue sky redux so its legal Redux.

If the event has started already they can give demands and do whatever they want. Well, that's what the admin said when we reported someone who give demands and shoot a fam member while ongoing fam raid. So in every event if it has started already you can rob, give demands, etc.

I was given demands outside a raid on their family and shot within ~3 seconds and vest destroyed before I ran into the zone. Obviously their intention was to get the upperhand by killing me before they went into the raid. Doesn't this come into event rule 1.2? Also, not sure how giving someone...
