Good day the Lovely Team of Administrators!

So ID 13659, 24644, 1557 Decide to Start their corruption RP which is fine. However, I'm not sure if was carried out according to rules because, GR 6.16 clearly quotes the need that the situation must have atleast 2 cars and 4 persons. Additionally, I am not sure if they can ask me to say stuff on Radio when i have a headbag on.

ID 24644 will receive a punishment for GR6.16/GH1.12
ID 1557 will receive a punishment for GR6.16/GH1.12

Even if you have a corrupt bio you cannot force him to do anything for that you still need have 4ppl and two cars / must follow GR6.16

NG will be punished for this situation
