I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to report a serious incident that occurred recently involving a player whose actions were highly inappropriate and in violation of our community rules.

My friend and I were playing when a player killed us and proceeded to swear at us and insult us extensively. This individual directed vulgar and offensive language towards both of us, including derogatory remarks about my mother. The behavior was not only distressing but also clearly violated the community rules we all agreed to uphold.

Specifically, the violations are as follows:

1. Insulting of the person (OOC) is strictly prohibited | Mute 180 minutes or ban up to 7 days.
2. Any relatives should not be mentioned in all chats, including voice | Mute 180 minutes or ban up to 7 days.

The player's actions have significantly disrupted our gaming experience and created a hostile environment. We believe it is crucial to maintain a respectful and enjoyable community for all members, and therefore, we urge you to take the necessary disciplinary action against this player.
