Rejected Entbannungsantrag

Ich habe einen IP-Bann bekommen und bitte um eine Entbannung, da ich mir keiner Schuld bewusst bin. Gestern war ich noch mit diesem Account online und in der Sperrung steht das ich seit 10.05.2024 gebannt bin was ja nicht sein kann. Heute Mittag wollte ich wieder online kommen und dann steht da das meine IP gebannt wurde. Der Grund der Sperrung ist vom Anticheat #934. Was bedeutet das denn?
