Rejected Admin application rejected by Hasan Error

My admin application got rejected by Hasan Error and the answer was 'answer is already given further spamming will lead for punishment' but last month when I applied for admin I had an issue with the date of birth and I explained it to him but it still got rejected and even when I fixed it he still rejected it and told me to stop making admin applications or else I'll get forum ban. So I waited for some time to reapply again but still got rejected. At least give me a chance to prove myself cuz I have very good experience and I know all the server rules. I hace been in this server for 3 years.

I made another admin application but this time I fixed the problem in the date of birth but he still rejected it. This is so unfair he didn't even ask me or told me anything I even told him but he didn't respond
