This guy is actually having no life, stalking people. He was stalking 1 female in government while she was working there for two weeks, then she left.
We meet him today at capitol in the evening and then boom in the late evening when there was a party im beach market he decided to come and shoot this people.
I hope this person will find eventually life and will find a way to enjoy this game instead of stalking females
