dear wizard, as u can see here he is not even a part of the event so he don't have to save a POV for it.
so why are u asking for POV? he don't has to save POV and if u want to PC check him np CUZ he gifting u now the permission for that.
and he had a block from forum how u want him to provide it to u then?
and last of all that what we are seeing in the POV of this guy its just a black magic so its not his issue its yours.
and as we can see in the POV 74200 just fell out on the ground so that's a proof of he got a connection lost or anything in his PC ( a problem not some files of cheats)

Thats not a cheat its a game bug also pov edited Thread owner need atleast to record 1min in this situation other thing as the id 74200 from leos and leos should have 24/7 bodycam on
other thing the admin have the right to see what happend and confirm so if the player dont have bodycam while there is a store so there is no proof to approve he is not using cheats
so as i see the 6h passed and player didnt provide the pov thats mean he dont have it so it Er 1.7

Man r u serious 74200 is not a part of the event cuz he is not on duty so he got a connection lost and dont know what happened to him after that so he didnt saved his bodycam.
