Sir. I am confused about why my account was banned for general rule 1.4. I have only two accounts: Main Account ID 305078 and Additional Account ID 306431. Apart from these, I have not knowingly created any other accounts. I kindly request you to verify this and delete any unauthorized accounts if found.
I had previously approached the admin about this issue, but my request was immediately rejected. I believe you will take a thorough look at this matter before making a decision. If wiping is unavoidable, I request that it not result in a complete wipe. I have earned some rare vehicles after spending countless hours in-game and opening cases, and I hope to retain them.
I have no complaints against the admin and trust your understanding in this regard.
and one more thing I had a 60 days ban in my main account before this happened the date of the ban was May 24, 2024 So please make sure that you wont completely unban my main account. But do it in twin account since it didn't had any bans other than this.
