he repound to my 991 Call and after that he was trying to folow the suspect BUT... the HC Used hes Revolover instead of a Stun Gun and when the HC equip his gun out he place the Suspect whil Running + Aiming at him in Cuffs

1st ones was the Car who he was patrolling to my location with, it was a Very High Rank Car to drive, and i have i dea about it bcs i am an EX-HC in LSPD and i have experience about it.
2sec ones is Basecly he was patrolling Alone with 0 Addetional with him
My suggestion is to issue the organization a warning and a PG for the ID 31685
