After i killed this guy for the valueable case i wanted to heal up because i was low on hp by pressing number 4 for first aid, and by mistake i pressed number 5 which was the cigarettes. Then i got banned for GR 6.8. You can see in the pov i opened my inventory to check which one was the first aid kit after!
