Rejected Warn for UB org hopping I Ruby Specter

Hello Dear administrators heres the story. I left FIB with IC procedure then joined marabunta i then left the game went to sleep wnt to school came back then came back on this afternoon finding out that i have a warn. Realisticly some people would leave LEO postitions and join gangs some vise versa this new "Rule" has never been announced are changed in the rule section i have checked and nothing is there so how am i ment to know that it it against the rules? therefore i would like this warn to be removed and this new "Rule" to be actually announced. Keep in mind Org Hopping has always been a IC thing and arrestable usually by warrant or global blacklist as it still should be it adds more RP again
