We were standing in the public driveway and suddenly, without asking, he started shooting at us. He then told us that he had panels and that he killed us to protect them. However, the place where he shot at us was not the house with the panels(bilzerian family house area), but the house on the other side of the road(asos community family house area). We were not in the area where the panels were located and they did not give us a demand and were not included in RP.

this is the last 10 minutes for the panel defence area to win the panel, if someone is seen near the panel behind the panel, it can be fired without the need to give demand and all the admins know this. its my pov

The rule says: There is no need for the defensive side to give a demand in the last 5 minutes. But that doesn't mean You can shoot anyone you see outside your panel area.
