• There was already a shootout happening outside your family house when you came out. I am not saying that you were wrong in this situation however the shooters wont know that you didnt come out as a backup for your family members. You didnt spawn when the POV started since we can see that ID 144704 passed you some items in earlier ( same guy was seen dead outside family house). This doesnt fall under RDM since there was an active gunfight going on.
Regarding provoking,kicking someone who is unconscious doesnt fall under that rule since provoking means purposely annoying/irritating players to get a reaction from them but in this case none of that was observed.
Regarding the owner of the forum doing bug abuse,making admin ticket without calling ambulance is not one of them. If the owner wouldve looked around without calling ambulance then he was supposed to be punished for that.
Regarding owner not recording all overlays, I am sure that the owner is in a discord VC but no sound from other users has been heard and he didnt switch tabs so we can check for Gen Rule 6.17
