As per legislation of Code of Civil and Procedural Law
14.2.4. Organised Motorcade of First Persons - an organised convoy of two or more vehicles, with police cars with flashing beacons and special signals turned on at the head and tail of the convoy.
14.2.6. The First Persons have the right to wear special equipment to ensure their own safety in the absence of government guards.

As per rules doc officers not usss agent and usss agents duty to give protection anyone of government hc not the doc.

Second think the threads owner don't have any fear rp, u can he one guy shooting him he don't have any kindof fear when he get short in his body he didn't do any kind of reaction I don't know on this time where is this fear rp. Please look at this.

And after a long brief description there was GOV Agents was present at that moment and the shot I got it's was from my agent who by mistakenly shot me .
