1. I'm Berke. I gathered my courage and prepared for Ballas leadership. The criminal and street history I have, Many years of criminal history and experience as a leader in criminal enforcement provide a suitable background for holding potential positions. Also the street experience I have (by street I mean ghetto and similar experiences) Street experience gained in violence and violent incidents with rival gangs, the strength to be demonstrated as a leader and to continue leadership activities. I decided to become a leader for a new adventure. I am confident in my own leadership, responsibility and similar skills. I trust that my friends, MPs and gang members will be with me on this journey. I believe that I will be successful on this path. If you give me a chance, I want to own this term.
2. Everyone loves Ballas. Whether because of its color or location. I sense an extra loyalty to this gang, I don't know why. Being loyal to Ballas for many years and having internalized the values of the organization is an advantageous situation in becoming a candidate for leadership.
