2: Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation):
2.1 My first objective as the gang leader is to turn the intelligence I got from State organizations against them. I have a lot of experience from serving on the Leos for several terms, and I think this is a perfect chance to apply that knowledge. In my capacity as gang leader, I also hope to gather new experiences that I can use against them, and I am confident that I can. As the gang leader, I think I can make my entire organization successful by creating a family-friendly environment. As being beneath my guidance.
2.2 My objective is to provide novel thoughts and concepts to the group that have never been done before, as well as to develop original terminology that distinguishes my work from others. Bringing new ideas and thoughts to the group will inspire others to watch and try them out. I also swear not to think of any foolish ideas that will make my term a bust. My goal is to make items that make people happy and leave a lasting impression. Making something that would continuously make other people happy is my aim.
2.3 My goal is to form a close-knit group of friends that will protect and encourage one another by treating them all with love and respect. My main achievement is that I'm always helpful and considerate. Treating my gang members like brothers and instilling in them the principles of respect and help are my goals. I want my gang to feel like a family, with helpful, courteous, and kind members. I also want my members to help others when they need it.
2.4 I will assemble a group of high commandos who can instruct all new members on the server's regulations, given my background and my highly organized behavior, to ensure that everyone has an equal opportunity to participate in roleplaying. Nobody will be given preference; under my direction, everyone will advance in the gang based on how much they have contributed.
2.5. I want my gang to take over the ghetto and turn into the deadliest organization in the planet. This will boost my organization's members' self-esteem and inspire them to work hard to propel Ballas to the top.
3. Your advice for improving the role-play level in the organization.
3.1 I intend to perform multiple highway robberies, store/gunstore robberies, hostage scenarios, FZ raids, and other events in order to essentially up the ante in the roleplay.
3.2 Keep the curator informed and in constant communication.
3.3 Executing each gang action in an impeccable and professional manner.
3.4 I have some ideas regarding how to make roleplay more realistic, and I'll make our store robberies and negotiations even more exciting.
3.5. I'll assemble a capable team of senior leaders who will teach the members what they need to know, from the fundamentals to planning an event. Every member of our gang will be capable of carrying out their assigned duties.
