Rejected I was banned for no reason

hello admins i hope you are reading this
I was just chilling with my friends suddenly I was trying to reconnect then this thing popped up that image saying I was breaking rules no 1.1 and 1.8
so we have only one Steam account 3 members contributed to the game so we play on the server at different times and we don't know these rules so pls unban our accounts
