Why should we unpunish you?

So i was in the ghetto fighting and then one player drove me over so i did shoot at him and he drove into his hq (Grove hq) and then the admin @Saif_Khan gave me a punishment for doing ghetto 1.4 even tho i havent killed anyone in the hq.
