2.1 I have dedicated over 1.5 years to role-playing in the GRP community, and this extensive experience has equipped me with a deep understanding of the dynamics and intricacies of RP life. Spending 5-6 hours daily in this immersive environment has not only honed my skills but also instilled in me a strong commitment to the community. My passion for RP and consistent involvement demonstrate my dedication and readiness to take on a leadership role. Leading the LSPD organization is a natural progression of my journey, where I can apply my knowledge and experience to foster a more engaging and dynamic experience for all members.
2.2 As a leader, I bring a clear vision for enhancing the LSPD organization. My experience has allowed me to identify areas where the organization can improve, from more immersive scenarios to better training for new members. I aim to implement structured training programs, foster a more inclusive community, and introduce innovative RP scenarios that keep the gameplay fresh and exciting. By focusing on these improvements, I can ensure that the LSPD remains a cornerstone of the GRP community, attracting new players and retaining experienced ones through a high-quality RP experience.

2. Internal Compliance Unit: This Department Will Be Looking Into The Matters Of Keeping a Check On Logs Of Officers, Their Bodycams As Well As The Org. Vehicles & Licences Of The Officers. They Will Provide Strikes To Officers In The Behavioural Manner Or Any Complaint Received Against Any Officers Will Be Judged By Them.
3. Traffic Control Division: This Department Will Be Looking For The Vehicles That Have Been Parked Incorrectly And Will Either Fine Them or Tow Them. They Get Extra Bonuses As Per Their Work & Efficiency!
4. Special OPS: This Department Will Have The Specialised People That Will Look Into The Matter Of Robberies as Well Hostage Situation And Will Be Taking The Lead. This Department Will Have The Permission to use Heavy Machineries For Their Operations. They Will Hunt Criminals & Attend ATM Robs & House Robs.
