It's nobody's problem, there is no obligation to save POV before the event starts, you are new to the game I guess you don't know some rules, yes admin can ask him to do this but he can't show it because he left the event before it started and he started his recording on the roof and the admin will accept it

ID 80714 will also be punished for Event Rule 1.3
ID 109281 will be punished for NOT PROVIDING FULL POV as requested, since the event had already started and the part that I requested is not there.
