Dear Magnes_Haste, I am writing to clarify the circumstances leading to my ban from GR 1.1. Initially, the ban was imposed due to the creation of an account (ID: 47472) using the same Epic Games account as mine. I kindly request your assistance in banning account ID 47472 and reinstating account ID 7131, along with a reset of its financial status. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and earnestly seek a second chance. Your understanding and positive response would be greatly appreciated
