Hello,
I believe I was wrongfully banned for 7 days, and here are the reasons why I think the decision was incorrect:
Accusation of Stealing in GZ: It was claimed that I was stealing in the green zone, which is clearly not true as shown in my point of view (POV) footage.
Accusation of Ramming out of GZ: It was alleged that I rammed the car out of the green zone. However, my POV footage clearly shows that I did not do this. there was alot of people following the car , thats not my probelm if someone of them pushed it out .
Accusation of Killing While Following Demands: It was stated that I killed someone while they were complying with my demands. This is incorrect. I gave the person demands, and they ran back to the green zone. I gave them another 5 seconds, but they kept running away and coming back. Fearing for my life, I shot them. I was trying to steal a car and thought they might shoot me, causing me to fail the theft. Moreover, I followed them and gave them a third chance, but they never ran away and kept coming back to me, so I had to shoot them.

You guys rammed the car out of the GZ, then you started stealing it. You got a warning for that.
Then you also started shooting someone from the GZ, which was another warning. The guy ran into the city after you gave him demands, he complied, you followed him running out of the GZ into the city and shot him, RDM in city and killing while he complied, another 3rd warning.

3 warnings get you banned and the worst is that stealing the car actually went on and it turns out you still got the car stolen, even though you were banned. You are the kind of player that doesnt care about our rules and 7 days is the minimum you should have.

i rammed no car, its clearly shown in pov , and idk what makes you said that guy complied , the pov show no compliance from him, if i were him and someone gave me 5 sec, i would run as far as possible, not go for 5 meters and heal up and go back to him to speak to him, and i give him 3 chances, but he still going back to me, i see no compliance there, also u said i stole car from gz, i was following the guy, i was trying to take him to red zone so i can do it, multiple cars followed us, if they rammed the car out, that's none of my problem.
and finally idk what you talking about when you said i still manage to steal the car, if you not familiar with how car theft works ill show you, i lockpicked the car, you jailed me in the middle of that, but it still will be considered as a lockpicked the car successfully, but i had to drive the car 20 minutes so i can actually get the money whish i didn't since i was jailed for false decisions, what i get is 4 wanted and 1 lost lockpick, therefore, that's considered a fail theft and i wouldn't get no money.

and please don't accuse me that I don't care about rules, you assumed i still stole car even though I was jailed ,that's your problem if you don't know how theft works, so don't call me that, i know rules and i care much about em

The car was already moved a bit here. Your friend finished the rest. Your POV proofs you and your friend knew what you were doing, makes it even worse in my eyes. You clearly have done this before knowing the lockpick would continue in jail. You do not care about our rules at all. You deserve a much longer ban in my eyes.

And if you would know the rules you wouldnt randomly shoot people as well.

i see you are taking this a bit too personal and now you are just trying to give me a longer sentence, why don't you post your pov and punish whoever you see rammed the car, this is one, two, even though the lock pick continues in jail, i will not win nothing, i already explained to you, you have to drive around 20mn to successfuly steal the car, i only got 3 wanted from lockpicking the car, and who said i knew i was going to jail in the middle of lockpicking the car, nothing that I do was wrong like skipping animation etc, and I didn't shoot randomly people, it's obvious i gave him demands 3 different times but he kept running back towards me, what if he kills me and made me lose the car, and one more time, i know rules and i care about them

If you would have paid attention the person ramming the car from your POV got punished for it. You got your punishment because you obviously were with him (your POV confirms it) and attempted to steal the car. I wont respond any further as you clearly seem to know everything already. Alex or James can make the decision.

For Alex and James:
- Warn for GZ1.1, he gave demands for stealing the car in GZ which was followed up with a shootout
- Warn for killing while following demands, the guy that was given the demands in GZ ran away further into the city, was chased by this person and killed by him. He followed to kill while that person was complying with demands.
- Warn for stealing a car from the GZ, as shown in his own POV he and his mate got the car out of the GZ, where it even is when his POV starts, they ram it out and he starts stealing it, making him involved in stealing from GZ.

you are free to not defend your accusations, i just don't see why would you punish me of something i didn't do since you have already said u punished someone for cr and would punish me the same thing. and what I know is what it's in pov, and if mr Alex or James ask for any elaboration im ready to provide, at this point we Will agree to disagree, until the decision is made by Alex or James
