Dear tyrell in POV as you see in the pov I hit the guys by Car but it was a mistake and I let them and stand up and stayed away for a bit of time then i shot them and how is it rdm if they stunned my friend and if u look carefully you will see that the other officer did pg as he put my friend in handcuffs while he was running away from him

You shot two people, both without speaking a single word, so no demands. With that you got yourself 2 warnings, 1 for each time you did GR6.15. The officer got punished as well, so it seems like you just dont read before you make a complaint to waste admin time.
