2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1. I would like to be the Leader of FIB not only to continue the tremendous work that Kira Has began but to also expand on it continue to expand the activity of the org and success in terms of Keeping a High Level of RP.. Continue to Bring High numbers to events. and continue providing justice throughout the state cleaning up the city cracking down on the many crimes that are committed daily
2. I also want to continue building on the training more of a emphasis on radio codes/callouts. Building a extremely high quality organization based on professionalism and as much realism as possible without spoiling the fun of it for all those involved
3. I want to maximize the opportunities for those that are looking for something new give them the ability to be apart of something special within FIB. and also help to mentor all those willing to listen on the best qualities that will help them in the future when it comes to building RP and being leaders within the city so that the future is full of good RP and continued success not only in FIB but across the entire board.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1. more of emphasis on using proper radio codes to call out situations.
2. Getting more involved with the citizens of the state allowing said citizens to get to know more about the FIB what we do and our mission statement. overall creating better relations with those that we serve.
3. adding more RP to the overall arresting part of the job. Using the interrogation rooms for high level criminals. Better overall communication throughout the arresting process.
4. more training and Org based rules making sure that agents are compliant with the server rules so that the RP can not be ruined by silly rule breaks. among other things.
5. Top down accountability for the actions of all agents including my self when it comes to providing a high level of RP within the city from the legal organization side of things.
