In this first video, we all can clearly hear and recognise the sound of player 158980

But in the second video, it's a different sound, which I guess is coming from his mic of his friends when he is talking on discord with his friends. (MG)

In the third video, you can see his friends has arrived on DOC, had taken the governor as hostage on gun point, with only 2 people (UB)
Secondly they are asking to release his friends in negotiation for governor's life, which again is a (UB), as for the hostage they can ask only for money.
