Hello, I'm sorry for doing this. I've never been banned before. Can you help me with this? I have a family of my own and I have to take care of it. I won't make this kind of mistake again. please help me on this. I am a serious player of this game and I was on the computer at the time of the incident and I was banned before I had the chance to tell the admin that I was on the computer.
