While I was banned this person emptied my warehouse and stole my items and weapons, I gave him a rank to pay for the family house but he abused it and emptied my warehouse. I would be happy if he gets the punishment he deserves.

What do you mean? Did you own the family at the time the items were taken out?

When you look at your family logs, I left all the items taken from the vehicles and these are my personal belongings and as I mentioned, I was a deputy at that time.

Taking things out of family cars is simply only allowed with permission of the owner, I see that you took stuff and moved it into your own trunks. You would need to deliver proof you were allowed to do this as part of taking car of the family.

Considering the leader claims he has NOT given permission to take items out of the trunks and warhouse and he only gave permission to pay for the house I see enough evidence in the logs to issue a punishment. However, I will not issue a permanent ban, the leader was banned and therefore has deputies to take care of the family, he has no way to give permission IC'ly. I however found proof of transporting items to personal trunks and for that I will punish with a ban, being not permanent.
