In this pov there is not any Suspicious things.
But the main purpose of making the form is,i wana see he have pov or not,
as per city rule -1.7 All participants of all events under all spheres must record POV and hold it for 48 hours.
if he dont have POV so its Applicable to him
and i making this from with-in 48 hours, so if 380002 this player doesn't check his form account, then its his fault not my fault..
from this you will also get to know that this person records pov or not...
