NG thrives on the principles of roleplay and respect. We will train our soldiers to engage in RP-driven interactions, prioritizing understanding over mere demands in all situations. Our comprehensive training equips soldiers with conflict resolution skills, empowering them as ambassadors and problem solvers. Positive relationships are core to a successful, while toxicity is strictly prohibited and promptly addressed.
Our system of advancing individuals is focused solely on those who have earned it through their deserving efforts. At NG, RP and respect form the foundation of our strong and cohesive community.
