Hello dear admin, POW appears to be stealing the family car in the green area.

You are stealing my car. I don't need to give you any requests. If I need to give you a saddle, please let the admin inform me.
My own opinion is that if someone steals my house or car, I don't need to give permission, I don't have that permission.

Show me POW. It is mandatory to take POW when stealing a car. If you don't get it, you will say goodbye to the city for 30 days.
