2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
1. i used to play this game in my friends pc alot in his ac, later on I brought a gaming laptop and started playing this game, I had really good experience about this game from long time so I decided to join a gang at first, I brought expensive tattoos and dress code of vargos but I saw that almost every time there's no one of their gang available on hq I tried to met them alot of times and then I met 2 persons, both of them saw my passport and then they said I can't be in their gang I was totally okay eith that at the moment because I knew about their gang recruiting rules. But one of them told me to get inside a car and we will drop you even when I had rental car so I was so happy and said ok but instead they used a purple car and then the person who was driving killed himself in front of car in vargos base and then said stay in car and other one was just watching instead of saving him. I found that fishy they wanted to get me jailed or banned. I really want to remove these types of people from vargos they are damaging name of vargos.
2. Till that I just wanted to join a gang and live happily but then I saw other gangs their attitude etc and then my dream of becoming vargos destroyed into peaces as till now I never found them on their bases and even in events they are just vanished all of sudden they are not even seen much on roads anymore, I want to bring them back at all I knew about them since GSA (gta San Andreas) so I really want to get them back their swag their mind power.
3. After seeing vargos going down I tried to join other gangs but found others offensive a bit and then I become member of marabunta grande gang and been on a good position in it too. And I saw almost at all events vargos are absent. Even after joining marsbunta I feel like vargos ened to get back I want them to rock again like others and create a good friendship between 2 gangs MG AND VG
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

1. To be honest i will make them kind and respectful and fun to rp persons first, and I want to recruit alot of serious trustworthy persons in this gang, alot of good events etc and fun time fixed for them to enjoy. No attitudes in any person of any rank.
2. I will make sure everyone enjoy and be free to tell what's inside their minds, the main thing I will make sure is no one will break any ghetto or other state rules for sure.
3. I will wake their spirits and make vargos shine like never before, I saw many leaders comes in un official organizations b6 saying we do it we do that but they can't able to get succeed on that but I will make sure to make this gang on top again with different power and attitude!
